Abstract: The article deals with the dominant mental state as a factor of overall satisfaction with life. The results of field research carried out in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) are presented. The social and psychological research sample group consisted of a total 264 people 18 to 59 years of age. Subjective psychological well-being includes two components: a) emotional - the dominant mental state; and b) cognitive - the subjective assessment of the basic parameters of life. The methodological toolkit for measuring the dominant mental state and satisfaction with the quality of life included the methods of socio-psychological diagnosis (questionnaire method, scaling assessment): L.V. Kulikov's method of diagnosing the mental state and N.E. Vodopianova's modified questionnaire "Assessment of the level of satisfaction with the quality of life". The results were processed using mathematical processing methods: the Spearman rank correlation coefficient (rs), the Fisher angular transform (?), the Kruskal-Wallis H test. In general, the respondents are dominated by a positive mental state, the life events taking place are perceived on a favorable emotional background. The women demonstrate higher indexes of activity, inner concentration, optimistic attitude to life, readiness for overcoming difficulties, and confidence in their capabilities, energy, and readiness for work, than that of men. This pattern is also observed in the respondents of mature age and in those residing in the city. Decreased emotional baseline is observed in men, young people and rural residents. In all parameters, respondents mainly showed average scores within the norm: 45.75 on the scale of active-passive attitude to the life situation; 49 on the cheerfulness-despondency scale; 47.56 on the high-low tone scale; 50.07 on the relaxation-tension scale; 50.31 on the calmness-anxiety scale; 50.61 on the scale of stability-instability of emotional tone; 51.67 on the scale of satisfaction-dissatisfaction with life as a whole (its course, self-realization processes); 50.17 on the scale of positive-negative image of oneself. The results of our study demonstrate not only a positive dominant mental state, but also an increase in insensitivity of a significant part of the population of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) to housing and material problems, as well as a decrease in resistance to manifestations of social insecurity. It is indicative of an increase in anxiety with age, which confirms a sense of insecurity in the elderly. It is also very characteristic that there is an active denial, an unwillingness to discuss social problems, especially those related to governance deficiencies. As a result of blocking the open expression of dissatisfaction, the problem moves "into the sphere of the unconscious" of society, which can lead to increased tension and further escalation of discontent. The mental state of the population is relatively stable and stable in this time period, due to actual satisfaction of primary needs. Keywords: dominant mental state, life satisfaction, life, subjective well-being, material resources, quality of life.

Abstract: The current trend in the world of technology is Ubiquitous Computing, known also as Internet of Things (IoT), boosted by an easier accessibility to internet. Soon, every daily life object will embed a small computer, these different devices will communicate between each other and adapt themselves to make human life as comfortable as possible. However, for a full implementation of these devices, a prototyping step is required to validate the concept, this is where new challenges arise: technical knowledge are required, especially electronics and programming skills. In this context, several efforts have been made to reduce the skill gap and open the prototyping world to everyone, including kids. Many of these efforts have resulted in hardware startups that manufactures devices targeted to non-experts peoples and allow kids also to learn the basic concepts of electronics and Computer Science at an early age. This paper presents an overview of these developed hardware products and evaluates their advantages, limitations and impact on education. The authors present in this paper their own initiative to build a prototyping platform, the proposed solution aims to facilitate for kids the process of building a robotic system and program it without technical knowledge.

Abstract: Features of the innovative economy required the development of a new model of human capital management. Because of the study, the authors developed a model of human capital management. In contrast to the known models, this model is supplemented by two elements - an accompanying control subsystem and an internal control mechanism. The accompanying human capital management subsystem consists of managerial innovations necessary to accelerate the diffusion of basic (technological) innovations. The internal mechanism of human capital management differs from the previously known mechanisms by management tools. As well as the developed model differs from the existing ones using scenario approach.

Abstract: Background: microRNAs (miRNAs) that play important roles in organisms are associated with usual function of cells, development of living, biological processes as well as many diseases involving cardiovascular disease. miRNAs are effective in endothelium disfunction, atherosclerosis, inflammation, apoptosis and angiogenesis related with coronary artery disease (CAD). miRNAs that are explained differently in cells, exist extracellularly, in circulation and body fluids. Many biomarkers related with CAD can get through circulation and pericard fluid (PF), the closest place to heart. That is why in etiopathogenesis evaluation of CAD miRNAs can be used diagnostically in PF and circulation. Since PF has a potential of reflecting heart potential, PF concentration of some substances provides to be understood many pathophysiological mechanisms. \r\nPurpose: The main purpose of this study is; to determine the amount of miRNA’s in the PF and blood plasma of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and to contribute to the understanding of the pathophysiology of CAD. Methods: 40 patients having coronary artery bypass surgery were involved to our study and expression levels of miRNAs (miR-125b-5p, miR-320b, miR-34a-5p, miR-16-5p, miR-320a and miR-15a-5p) that their association with cardiovascular diseases was obtained, were studied in PF and blood plasma with qRT-PCR (Quantitative Real Time PCR) method. Results: In gene expression of miRNAs as gradual change in plasma than PF was found for miR16-5p 7.3539 and for miR320b 4.0715, as a result of this miR16-5p p=0.00001 value and miR320b p=0.00814 value were found statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: The reason of gene expression level of miR 16-5p and miR 320b were found higher in plasma which is expected to be found high in PF may be extramyocardial sources. Obtaining of miR 16-5p and miR 320b in PF that have negative effect in terms of cardiovascular diseases strengthens the potential usage of these microRNAs as biomarker in cardiovascular disease. Although in previous studies it was defined as miRNA special to PF, obtaining of miR320b also in plasma shows that it is not only special to PF.\r\n

Abstract: The article focuses on the family life of Georgian Azerbaijanis at the end of the XIX - early XX centuries. It is stated here that from the ancient times, bringing children to the world as a generation, a successor, a pastor and a protector of the Azerbaijani-Turkish family of Georgia was considered to be one of the most important conditions. For those who did not meet this requirement, the attitude was diminished, and they came to the cold look of the people they belonged to at every step.\\nThe article says that a child who does not give birth does not have to talk to him. He says, \\\"You have the right to open your tongue after childbirth.\\\" For children without shelter, there is a \\\"lightless house\\\", \\\"anhydrous mill\\\", \\\"a day without chimneys\\\", \\\"barren tree\\\" and so other making \\\"everybody\\\" think about making a living. Therefore, both the girl and the boy\\\'s parents, relatives and friends, have come to the bride\\\'s soon-to-be-spells to deal with gross misconceptions, and have resorted to various precautions and methods.\\nThe article emphasizes that the child was given special care after birth. All means were used to protect the child from ill-sightedness, trouble, and rituals and ceremonies. The immunization of the child, the first tooth was caused by the joy of the family and a ceremony was held.\\nOne of the moments of concern is the upbringing of children. The article mentions that in order to ensure the full development of the child, its moral integrity and its richness, it was primarily focused on its moral training. Because all the knowledge, spiritual beauties, people, nation, and the world are the only way to realize that it is the warm attitude of family members to each other and the moral education of the parent. Nevertheless, the child\\\'s labor, physical, mental, and aesthetic education were also properly considered.

Abstract: Modern world culture tends to different game forms, image techniques and\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nnarrative. At the present time it has become obvious that the game in art, literature,\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nculture, linguistics has acquired a particularly wide scope and is so subtle,\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\ncomplex, and sometimes straightforwardly absurd, that it does not fit into the well-\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nknown theory of gaming understanding of art. Abstract: Chinese students educational mobility is determined by a number by factors: geographical proximity, Far Eastern region of the Russian Federation, in particular; interest in Russian language learning; the quality of education; Russian universities ranking; an opportunity to get an in-demand profession; affordable tuition fees etc. Educational migration flow remains with small increase. Nevertheless, the level of educational migration in Russia is not so high comparing with one in the USA and Europe, despite the stability of Russian Chinese relations. This situation is connected with changing the trend towards getting education in European countries, due to more favorable social conditions, high university rates, being included in prestigious international rankings. Russia is steadily moving towards international educational system, there are certain contradictions in the internal concept of higher education.

Abstract: The article considers the specifics of the teacher's description of the development of the personality of the younger schoolchild. The components of the professional readiness of the future teacher influence the formation of the personality of the younger student. The influence of a teacher's personality is conditioned by the phenomenon of a professional "inner core". The authors identify the conditions for the successful formation of students' readiness for the comprehensive development of the personality of the younger schoolchild. The authors developed a diagnostic tool for the future teacher to develop the personality of a junior high school student. This is due to the fact that all the changes that are taking place in society in general and in the sphere of education in particular are concentrated on the personality of the educator who is the key figure in the social processes of the 21st century.

Abstract: Traditionally learning was transmission of knowledge from the teacher to the learner, but today, it is a two-way process where both the teacher and the learner are involved. Mobile technology devices have taken the world by storm. Many people own a mobile technology device, and these devices are now also used in teaching and learning. Different learning methodologies have been used in teaching and learning; however, results have not improved as was expected. This study examines an intervention where some learners were allowed to use their smartphones in their learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether mobile technology devices (smartphones) can be used to enhance teaching and learning in secondary schools in Botswana. This study employed a mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) design. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample for the study of 75 respondents. The findings recommend that mobile technology devices (smartphones) should be allowed in classroom teaching and learning and should be incorporated into the schools curriculum, since the results of this study showed that smartphones do to some extent enhance teaching and learning and thus improve academic performance.

Abstract: the delay caused by the communication network in transmitting the signals of the wide-area measurement system makes it difficult to power oscillation damping control system. One of the important issues is the lack of delimited additional controllers, which limit the function of device modification, such as SVC. This paper is proposed as a controlling solution based on the positive effect of delay on stability. This controller applies its output to a SVC input with some delay. To determine the delay and controller parameters in the design stage, an algorithm is proposed with the realistic minimization of the rightmost eigenvalue. The stability analysis of the control system has been performed with an eigenvalue tool. A four-machine power system has been used to perform various simulations to assess the accuracy of the proposed control function and the feasibility study. The simulation results show that the controller designed in a wide range of system delays does not limit the measurement of the wide area of the SVC imaging function
