The main purpose for this research is to examine the relationship between perfectionism, depression and levels of test anxiety among the 4th and 5th grade primary school students. The data obtained from a total of 210 participants were used in the research. Child and Adolescent Perfectionism Scale, Depression Scale for Children, Westside Test Anxiety Scale was used for data collection. For data analysis, t-test, correlation, one-way ANOVA was used. There was a significant relationship between students' test anxiety and depression levels. The findings also revealed that the students� perfectionism levels vary according to the students� test anxiety levels.
