The aim of this research is to establish the teachers’ opinions towards the structure of continuous / non-stop supervisor, that is a new model in educational supervising. In this work, mentorship, educational coaching is dealt with as a new, modern alternative approach in educational supervision and a new model is put forward. In this study which was undertaken by qualitative data collection, semi-structured interview technique was utilized. The research group of this study is comprised of teachers who are serving in the state schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in various cities of Ankara in the educational term of 2016-2017. An interview form was applied to 20 teachers who serve in various schools in Ankara. After the analyzing of the data collected relevant to the structure of the continuous / non-stop supervisor, it was emerged that the most of the teachers have positive opinions that is centered said structure. Concurrently, it was established that the teachers will be able to be practical more easily and to be contributed to their eye-opening in their careers by the system of continuous /non-stop supervisor. Besides, it was concluded that the vocational improvement of the teachers will fasten through many dimensions under the supervising of educational coach and mentor.
