Ponte - Oct 2019 - Volume 75 - Issue 10 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2019.10.8 Abstract: Corruption is seen as an extraordinary crime which therefore requires extraordinary efforts to eradicate it. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has conducted Anti-Corruption Education Training for Trainers for lecturers at all universities in Indonesia, who are expected to hold anti-corruption education learning in the form of compulsory or elective courses, or included in relevant courses. One of them is by inserting it into the learning of Citizenship Education. With the insertion or integration of the value of Anti-Corruption Education into the Citizenship Education course, it is expected to form an anti-corruption personality for students, and also to build their enthusiasm and competence as agents of change for clean and free societies and countries. corruption. But this is still not well implemented. This study presents the constraints of higher education in integrating the values of anti-corruption education into learning civic education.
