Ponte - Jan 2018 - Volume 74 - Issue 1 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2018.1.33 Abstract: Phenomena unregister son that must fight, In the future of the State, depends on the younger generation of today, the child should be protected by law, as well as the child of a marriage unregistered, in terms of a biological child is the biological child of both parents, only her second marriage vote parents not registered under applicable law. In This paper described is normative juridical descriptive nature that the data value done by questionnaires, interviews, observations, population purposive sampling that has to do with this study, the results of research, there is no legal protection for children born out of marriage unregistered especially the right to receive welfare, education, a decent life, despite many regulations governing children's rights issues but not touched, seems pretty even in terms of practice, there is discrimination of children, the government should establish new rules to regulate legal protection for children born out of marriage unregistered.
