In order for the organizations to be successful, necessarily should base their development in the process of permanent plan, high fully reflexive and consistent, otherwise their actions would not be finished, and will not provide an orientation guide in order to insure the accomplishment of their functions and the consolidation of them. The Universities are not an exception of this reality, on the other side, should be institutions that show the example of a strategic thinking. Considering the previously mentioned reality, this document has as a main objective; analyze the essential variables of the Strategic Institutional Plan of the UANL through a structural analyzes of collective reflection of their prime Institutional Plans. For their evaluation it is employed the qualitative method of prospective analysis trough the matrix system of cross impact-multiplication applied in a classification MIC MAC. Centrally located in the main results spotlight the importance of articulate the projects and activities of the diverse academic and administrative units of the University, with the coherent development in social promotion, equality and sustainable projects, that resorts the transversal universities functions, that will provide an integral formation of social responsible citizens and highly competent in the business world.
