The greatest development of the integration Association received in the second half of the XX century, the processes of globalization of the world economy. In modern terms mergers and acquisitions are not only an effective mechanism of competition, but also become an important means of modernization of companies, tool to increase their profitability, investment attractiveness and liquidity. Of course, a well-planned and organized a merger or acquisition can be the basis for the survival and growth of the company. But in practice, often, such deals do not reach your goal and fail. The reason, generally, may be poor planning. This can not only hurt the company, but also to cause its liquidation. Through review and analysis of the background, structure and prospects of integration processes in the work reveals the essence of the processes of mergers and acquisitions and the importance of studying integration associations to understand and control such processes in the modern economy, more successful use of the tools used in the process of unification with the aim of economic growth.
