COMPARISON OF QUALITY OF LIFE, SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION AMONG NORMAL AND VETERAN EMPLOYEES OF MUNICIPALITY OF AHVAZ Author(s): Zahra Badavi ,Behnam Makvandi J. Ponte - May 2016 - Volume 72 - Issue 5 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2016.5.13 Abstract: The purpose of this research is comparison of quality of life, social adjustment and job satisfaction in veteran employees and normal employees of the municipality in Ahvaz in 2.The statistical sample was 200 people (100 veteran employees and 100 normal employees)selected by simple random sampling method. The study is comparative design. Study measure is life quality questionnaire of Walton 1973, social adjustment SAS, and job satisfaction of Minnesota. Multi-variate and uni-variate variance analysis was used. The results showed that there was no significant difference between quality of life, social adjustment in veteran employees and normal employees but there was a significant difference in terms of job satisfaction between two groups
