Abstract:
The article gives the state and ways of development of the education system in Kazakhstan taking into account international trends in the modern world. The signing of the Bologna Declaration by Kazakhstan in March 2010 put the country in front of the need for a significant modernization of the system of higher education, including continuous pedagogical education. At the same time, its basis was the transition from the concept of functional training of specialists to the concept of personal development. The implementation of the provisions of the Bologna Declaration made it possible to introduce changes in the aims, content, forms and methods of teaching pedagogical personnel in higher education. This will allow the country to successfully enter the world educational space with time.
