Ponte - Sep 2019 - Volume 75 - Issue 9 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2019.9.1 Abstract: Some people still make Pancasila only as a symbol, and they do not apply it yet as an attitude, and behavior that show the ideological values of Pancasila. It can be seen from the symptoms of radicalism, terrorism, the rise of speeches of hatred, hoaxes, neoliberalism, communism, and corruption in society. This study aims to produce a service learning model as an ideology of Pancasila education model in Higher Education. The participants of this study are 196 people and they are the students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Hospital Nursing Academy, Jakarta, Indonesia, who take Citizenship Education module. This study used a qualitative approach with research and development design. The results produced a service learning model that was in accordance with the ideological values of Pancasila in Higher Education, so that the impact of Pancasila was not only a symbol but manifested in the form of service actions to the community. It is also in line withideological values of Pancasila, namely divine values, humanity, unity, popularism and social justice. The applicationof Pancasila values is no longer applied indoctrinatively.\\\\r\\\\nKey words: Idiology of Pancasila, learning model, service learning\\\\r\\\\n
