Abstract:
Climate is proposed as a natural attraction in the tourist destination. and gas key effect on economic of area in connection with reduction and rise of tourism demand. to determine of universal thermal climate index (UTCI) used mean data of daily temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and cloud cover, four synoptic station in 20 years to from tourism perspective(1990_2016).according to the temperature threshold indicator (UTCI) attempted to preparation of monthly and seasonal climate friendly Atlantic. Result shows that favorable condition in Ardabil in terms of climatic comfort (without thermal stress). June, july, august, September and summer season. In may and spring except khalkhal station, other experienced thermalstress_free condition. in April and October there are thermal stress free condition in Ardabil and Parsabad. at final we can say that universal thermal climate index (UTCI) except months and season that all parts of Ardabil have the some condition in the months and season depends on the height so that climatic conditions khalkhal station with 1796 meter height from sea level away in other months and season of thermal comfort condition but climatic condition of Parsabad with 32 meter from sea level gets closer to thermal comfort condition in other months and season. so UTCL index can determine most of requirements related to housing (thermal needs) and is good guide to choose a suitable location for people who want to spend their holidays.
