ABSTRACT Mobile application can aid a student's learning process and comprehsion. However, the majority of these applications are designed without consideration for the needs and backgrounds of the Turkish student thereby often making the applications less effective or even redundant for this demographic. This paper proposes a solution to that problem by developing CEITech a mobile application in Turkish. CEITech is a user friendly-mobile application designed in Turkish to assist Turkish speaking students in learning multimedia development as a course. Although it is in the trial stage, CEITech is currently available on the Google Play Store and Apple Store and is being used by students in the Computer Education and Instructional Technology Near East University in Cyprus.
