Is It Possible to Construct a Model That Reduce the Psychological Distance to Accept Cultural Intelligence on the Web Questionnaire: A Case Study on the Factor for Internships?

Abstract:
How is the airline in the era of internationalization, filling an advantage of strategy, Cultural intelligence model has indispensable positions for internship. Because customer's relation administration prevails in recent years, a great deal of enterprises channel into the tool of relation administration as the customers of various kinds of operation systems one after another, with the objectives market, predict the psychological trend. In view of this, this research plans to rely mainly on airline, set up and service quality regard making administration as cultural intelligence system of the direction, propose a set of scientific assessment tools(Structural equation model), combine the theory and practice, build and construct the way of decision taking accepting the maximization in the camp as direction, make the IB(International Business) industries administrator can obtain the decision which concerned the key factors to propose before IB administration.
