The concept is based on artificial intelligence and technology-driven forces that altered human existence since the dawn of mechanisation of society, noting how people have evolved since the first, second and third industrial revolutions. The study examines the human condition by understanding the impact of societal considerations, approaches, and practices on business transformation. A deeper examination of operational and technological advancements combines the use of digital technology, communication, social science, emerging technology, 4IR AI, innovation, and transformation to cohesively act and advance business. Discussions on social evolutionary change, transformation, and convergence of evolving technology intersecting with human connection is a combined dialogue and consequence of 4IR AI phenomena. COVID-19 is the main protagonist inhibiting business transformation in Company A, while politics emerged as a major influencer over the business macro environment and climate change dialogue. The study explored human resource practice innovation and evolution to embrace components of steady growth and expansion of people first. New models for progressive research and development are explored and conclusions present a robust approach for business longevity. Development of business practice as a social evolutionary tool is conceptualized through a collective strategic revival of transformed conventional to contemporary thinking. When approached by the man versus machine scenario, thought and communication ideology needs to be upheld as a foundation to ignite the transformation process. Diversity, choice, thought and communication is explored concerning business transformation.
