The formalized assessment of the operating influences of the operator depending on technical parameters of an object of management is made. Proceeding from various representations of the operating influences, parameters and functionals of quality for assessment of imitating characteristics of the complexes for training of operators are developed. Models of the operating influences are developed for a row of ergatic systems and assessment of influence of parameters of an object on characteristics of management is carried out.
