In this, the University of Los Lagos, Institution of Higher Education of the State of Chile, has been playing a transcendental role in the insertion of Persons with Disabilities into the world of work and with it, to life in society, making this House of Studies not only fulfills the role of research, teaching and extension, but also, of commitment to citizenship with concrete actions, which will result in the quality of life of the inhabitants of Chile as a whole and with that, make theory and Praxis to become reality. Humanity in this Open Society is again attacked, but this time, not by enemies from other latitudes as it was in the bloody 20th century, but by itself, which must learn to respect and respected and build a better world .
