Ponte - Jun 2021 - Volume 77 - Issue 6 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2021.6.4 Abstract: The relevance of the philosophical and legal analysis of the digitalization of post-industrial society is of particular civilizational importance in the post-pandemic world. The article examines the technogenic society through the prism of philosophical and legal knowledge, generalized by the example of modern and historical scientific thought. The authors reveal the importance and relevance of technological and digital transformations for modern social development. As a result of their research, the authors come to the conclusion that in a post-industrial society, a technological and digital breakthrough leads to the emergence of new risks and threats to the socio-cultural sphere of a modern post-pandemic society. The results of the study of negative and positive trends and the associated risks of post-industrial society are considered to be of great interest for further research and expansion of global scientific knowledge.
