TECHNOLOGY OF LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE FORMATION OF STUDENTS IN PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTION

Abstract:
This article emphasizes the technology of language competence formation of students of pedagogical institution that accentuates the importance of learning process organizing in terms of increasing the need for competent specialists. The authors consider the awareness of the new role of foreign language, change of purposes, contents, methods and forms that is all structure of the educational process organization that provides representations of substantial ideas of the phenomenon of "foreign language teaching". The authors esteem that the social and pedagogical technology of information culture formation is considered as actual and perspective technologies of linguistic competence formation of modern specialist model in development that is the student of nonlinguistic faculty of pedagogical higher education institution. Results suggest that the federal state educational standards of the higher education constitute a basis of the strategic social and pedagogical technologies of information culture forming in higher education institution. They act as the regulating document of a quality evaluation of specialists training and guarantee their social adaptation to the actual socio-cultural and professional conditions of activity. All disciplines included in the standard, aimed at the formation of information culture, which, of course, in varying degrees play a positive role in the linguistic competence formation, but there is the separate discipline directed to linguistic competence formation. In this article, the authors identify shortcomings and propose several ways to solve the discussed problem.
