Abstract:
Ultrasonic velocities, densities and viscosities have been measured in 3 binary liquid mixtures of quinoline with methanol, ethanol and 1-propanol over the entire molefraction range of quinoline at temperatures T=(303.15,308.15,313.15 and 318.15)K. From experimentally measured data of ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity, thermo-acoustical parameters such as adiabatic compressibility(?), intermolecular freelength(Lf), acoustical impedance(Z) and internal pressure(?) have been calculated in all the 3 binary liquid mixtures. These results have been explained in terms of inter molecular interactions between the components of liquid mixtures.
