Success in competitive struggle for a job in a top company is achieved by those young people who think economically and possess a business mindset and developed business acumen. But how can one within a short term in a higher school gain a serious wealth of knowledge and professional competencies? Useful assistance in solution of those comprehensive tasks may be provided via implementation of special educational technologies to form economic independence and students� business competencies. This paper covers the stages to form business competencies in bachelor students based on implementation of students� self-administration system. The study results in connection with the efficiency of business development management in businesses run by young people were analyzed.
