FORMATION OF CONTROL STYLE BY THE OBJECT IN THE TRAINING COMPLEXES: ENGINEERING AND PSYCHOLOGICAL BASES

Abstract:
We consider the engineering-psychological aspects of formation at the training complex dynamic management style ergatic system operator. We give a formal description of the skills and control style. It is shown that the parameters of the simulation model must be selected taking into account the specific problems to be solved at the training complex. Simulation characteristics are determined by comparing the functional values for ergatic systems: �operator-object�, �operator-object simulator�. The methods of structural and parametric identification of the object are proposed. Is given an example of assessing the quality of the simulation control objects described by a system of ordinary differential equations in normal form of Cauchy.
