For the study of the given problems attempts have been made to consider live speeches of the nation-wide leader Heydar Aliyev, spoken on different occasions. Special attention has been paid to the introductions and conclusions of his speech. The article involves an introduction, research methodology, 10 subtitles indicating H.Aliyev's speeches related to different occasions and different ceremonies, of a conclusion and references. In the introduction we have made attempts to substantiate the theoretical and practical importance of the investigated material. In these subtitles the introductions and conclusions in Heydar Aliyev's speeches are analyzed from linguistic and semantic viewpoints and proper conclusions are made. In the conclusion the theses, introduced in the process of investigation, find their reflections in the generalized form. In the end references are introduced.
