The present investigative work is focused on analyzing the process of recruitment and selection of personal and in what way it influences the productivity of the personal. The results show that there are many faults in the execution of the process of recruitment and selection of personal that is used for the incorporation of new workers to the ranks of the business, which does not clarify the functions of the worker and thus has direct influence in their productivity. We show the effects of the personal selection in the business productivity using the statistics methods and case of study, so that in future works we can measure if our proposal has had success in labor performance.
