CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS OF DIMENSIONS OF THE BALANCED SCORECARD AS A STRATEGY FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT CAPACITY APPARATUS

Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the dimensions balanced scorecard as a representation of strategic planning and management system is a new style of government areas. Balanced scorecard dimension consists of the financial dimension, the customer (the public), internal processes and learning and growth. This type of research is explanatory survey with quantitative methods with analysis tools Analysis Moment of Stucture (AMOS). The population and the sample used is of local government officials serving the financial statements of local government in North Sumatra as many as 361 respondents with purposive sampling methods. The results showed that there was a pattern that varies as a representation balanced scorecard strategic planning undertaken by local government officials.
