THE INFLUENCE OF THE SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE YOUNGER SCHOOLBOY Author(s): Margarita Stepanovna Vykhrystyuk ,Sofya Vladimirovna Onina, Olga Mikhailovna Druzhinina, Evgenia Yurevna Tokareva, Irina Vagizovna Osipova J. Ponte - Aug 2018 - Volume 74 - Issue 8 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2018.8.8 Abstract: The article considers the specifics of the teacher's description of the development of the
personality of the younger schoolchild. The components of the professional readiness of the
future teacher influence the formation of the personality of the younger student. The influence of
a teacher's personality is conditioned by the phenomenon of a professional "inner core". The
authors identify the conditions for the successful formation of students' readiness for the
comprehensive development of the personality of the younger schoolchild. The authors
developed a diagnostic tool for the future teacher to develop the personality of a junior high
school student. This is due to the fact that all the changes that are taking place in society in
general and in the sphere of education in particular are concentrated on the personality of the
educator who is the key figure in the social processes of the 21st century.
