Schools play on important role in the development and process of success. It has been observed that school managers use communication techniques in school culture. Managers should know how to use communication tools and techniques to increase management functions and how to get benefit from the communication process. During the culture process of education organisations, the most important thing is communication skills. School managers of education directors in order to gain a good identity to its school managers should develop good relations and good relations can be developed by commutation skills. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of school administrators in the communication process. Scale, observation and interview techniques were used in this study. The study was conducted in Kahramanmaras city centre with the participation of 70 administrators and teachers in 4 different school types and in different schools. The result of this study is that modern school principals make good use of communication skills to be effective leaders.
