The work motivated in this paper is related to studies of Hierarchies and recursion operators of evolution equations. More recently sequences of ordinary differential equations were introduced. We discuss a linear sequence of ordinary differential equations in terms of it's symmetry properties. We determine the complete symmetry group for each member of the sequence.
