Ponte - Aug 2018 - Volume 74 - Issue 8 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2018.8.4 Abstract: Features of the innovative economy required the development of a new model of human capital management. Because of the study, the authors developed a model of human capital management. In contrast to the known models, this model is supplemented by two elements - an accompanying control subsystem and an internal control mechanism. The accompanying human capital management subsystem consists of managerial innovations necessary to accelerate the diffusion of basic (technological) innovations. The internal mechanism of human capital management differs from the previously known mechanisms by management tools. As well as the developed model differs from the existing ones using scenario approach.
