One of the perspective directions of development of composite materials on the basis of their representation as multi-purpose systems with the corresponding system attributes is considered. The structure of quality functional is developed for objective assessment of quality of kinetic processes of formation of physic-mechanical characteristics of a composite. The technique of synthesis of construction material based on application of lines of equal level of quality functional is offered.
