Aim of this study is to develop strategies for preventing cyber bullying in secondary education. In order to achieve this aim, a content analysis of scientific studies carried out between 2011 and 2016 obtained from Google Scholar, National Thesis Archieve in Higher Education Council (YOK) and ULAKBIM (National Academic Network and Information Center) of TUBITAK databases was done. This research was designed based on survey model. Based on the analysis, it was figured out that students are both exposed to cyber bullying behaviors and they also show cyber bullying behaviors. Recommendations for teachers, students, parents and further research are provided based on the results of the study.
