Abstract:
The present research aims to explore the relationship between positive psychological capital and job performance among instructors in Philadelphia University, Jordan. Furthermore, it investigates the effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between positive psychological capital and job performance as a mediator variable. Survey data collected from 110 instructors from eight faculties in Philadelphia University. The results show high levels of positive psychological capital, job performance and job satisfaction among the instructors. Also, job satisfaction found to mediate the relationship between positive psychological capital and job performance.
