Abstract:
Traditionally developed organizational basis of school constructed generally on collective tightly regulated forms of education, considers requirement of society for development of students� identity insufficiently. One of target reference points of domestic education system development is transition from the paradigm of education based only on knowledge to the system and competence-based model allowing creating the competitive educational system providing personal trajectories of professional self-development. Training under the conditions of profile education aims at the transfer of certain knowledge or skills as well as the formation of the future specialist identity, one�s professional demands and orientation. The educational environment profiling is directed to creation of individual educational programs choice opportunities for deeper satisfaction of interests, opportunities, tendencies and abilities of students taking into account their educational and professional inquiries corresponding to requirements of the market. The article analyzes the efficiency of future engineers' professional demands formation under the conditions of continuous profile training at technical higher educational institution complex. The importance of professional for a choice of future professional activity and its implementation is noted.
