Abstract:
The article explores the expectations of business ethics and social responsibility of business organizations based on complementarity.It is reaffirmed that the growth of the company's reputation, market capitalization, and competitiveness are directly proportional to the ethical expectations and social responsibility of the business.Of course, increasing corporate social responsibility also increases the expenses of the company.But increasing the image of the company and market capitalization pays off these expenses with ease and surplus.In addition, the article is exhibited the areas covered by corporate social responsibility.
